THE XPERIENCE | NFL FLAG LEAGUES
The Xperience NFL FLAG Leagues provide athletes of all experience levels with an exciting, organized, and development-focused flag football experience. Athletes can register individually as a Free Agent or enter with a team, with multiple competitive levels designed to create the right experience for every player.
Ages & Divisions
Co-Ed Divisions
Xperience Futures Division – Ages 3–4
6U | 8U | 10U | 12U | 14U | High School
Age divisions are determined by the athlete’s age as of August 1, 2026.
Divisions are subject to change based on registration numbers.
Two Ways to Compete
⭐ ALL STAR DIVISION
Register. Get Drafted. Compete. Represent The Xperience.
The All Star Division is designed for individual athletes looking for a competitive and developmental league experience.
Athletes:
- Register individually as a Free Agent
- Participate in the Xperience evaluation/draft process
- Are selected and placed on a team by an approved coach or Xperience staff
- Compete throughout the regular season and championship experience
- Have the opportunity to be selected to an Xperience All-Star Team
Selected All-Star teams will represent The Xperience in an NFL FLAG tournament following the season.

DYNASTY DIVISION

The Dynasty Division is designed for established and competitive teams that want to compete together throughout the Xperience season.
- Register as a complete team
- Maintain your established roster and coaching staff

- Regular-season and championship competition
- Designed for experienced teams seeking a higher level of play
